Important Update: COVID-19

To all Shaffer Customers:

We value everyone’s health as a premium in any decision that we are trying to make at the moment. As my father Steve Shaffer says; “If I’m not healthy, I’m no good to anyone “

So, at 500pm or sooner today, we will be sending as many of our employee’s homes to be with their families as we possibly can. Shaffer will be sparsely available for 911 equipment calls only. We will do our best to respond but we do not wish to risk your health or our employee’s health unnecessarily during this pandemic situation we’re all in right now. So please be patient with us.

We feel your financial agony as we mutually depend on your business staying open & healthy. We will be extremely limited in our employee resources until we all get the “GREEN LIGHT” from our gov’t to re-open all public gathering locations.  We will all get through this challenge together, as difficult as this will be on all of us.

Stay healthy and please do as our CDC and gov’t officials have requested with hand washing and social distancing ourselves.  We look forward to being able to serve you all again, once your businesses are at full capacity.

Shaffer Entertainment is actively monitoring the situation surrounding the Covid-19 virus. At this time we are scaling our services in an attempt to protect the health and well-being of our employees and our clients. Presently, we are limiting entrance into any Shaffer branch locations to Shaffer employees only. We can be reached via phone or email and will attempt to accommodate requests that do not interfere with local, state or federal guidelines or the health and safety of our people. We will be evaluating the circumstances for our collections and service procedures on a case by case basis to ensure the safest possible scenarios for our employees and our clients.

At this time we have postponed all scheduled league activities until further notice. We believe this is in the best interest of our players, their host locations and our employees.
